Our group considers corporate governance an important management issue. We are committed to enhancing corporate governance by establishing a decision-making framework that ensures thorough business ethics and legal compliance, and that can respond promptly, appropriately, and rationally to changes in the business environment. Additionally, we are building an internal system that enhances the efficiency of business execution. Moreover, as we believe earning trust from all our stakeholders is essential, we will conduct transparent management through the timely disclosure of management information.
